Kaela Gifford-Koch is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with six years of experience rooted in long-term care and mental health support. Her work in these areas has shaped her into a thoughtful, compassionate nurse who understands the importance of both clinical skill and genuine human connection.

Kaela is excited to join the Home Instead team, as she strongly believes that receiving care at home can make a meaningful difference in comfort, independence, and overall well-being. She values the intentional pace of home care, where visits allow for focused support, detailed assessments, and—most importantly—the chance to truly get to know each client. Building trust and creating a sense of ease is central to her approach.

Outside of work, Kaela brings the same energy and balance to her personal life. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and dog, staying active at the gym, and expressing herself through dance.
