Wound Care Services

Island Nursing Inc. provides professional wound care focused on healing, comfort, and preventing complications. Our nurses deliver thorough assessments, evidence-informed treatment, and ongoing monitoring to support optimal healing outcomes. Care is provided in a respectful, calm environment, with attention to both clinical needs and individual comfort.

We work with a wide range of acute and chronic wounds, adjusting care plans as healing progresses and ensuring concerns are identified early. When appropriate, we communicate with physicians or recommend further medical follow-up to support safe, coordinated care.

Wound care treatment planning and clinical oversight are led by an IWCC-certified nurse, with care provided by nurses trained in advanced wound care practices.
Services are available in our clinic, with in-home care options when needed.

Please note that we do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medications.
