With over 14 years in municipal government administration and three years in customer service management with Starbucks, Kristy brings strong leadership, organization, and compassionate support to Island Nursing.

Passionate about patient-centred care, Kristy ensures every client is treated with dignity, respect, and understanding.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Vancouver Island, travelling, learning about different cultures, and cheering on her son at the hockey rink.
